HTOSS(<N hours>)
 Converts hours to seconds.
 Returns <expN> number of seconds that equal <hours>.

 Useful in applications that handle time by hours.

 hours = 32.63
 secs  = HTOSS( hours )

 days_spent = INT( SSTOD(secs) )
 time_spent = TIMESTR( secs )

 * Total time is days_spent plus time_spent
 * days_spent contains 1
 * time_spent contains "08:37:48"
