Menu Body
 Colour settings for the Menu Body.

 The following colour settings allows you to modify the colour settings for
 the Menu Body:

 Text - this is the colour used to display the menu items within a menu
 that are not selected.

 HotKey - this is the colour setting used to display a hotkey, either in
 for a menu item.

 Selected - this is the colour setting that is used to display a selected
 menu item.

 Hot-Key selected - this is the colour setting that is used to display a
 menu item that contains a hot-key and has a highlight bar on it.

 Key Assignment - this is the colour setting that is used to display the
 key assignment for a menu item, when it does not have a highlight bar on it.

 Key Assignment, Selected - this is colour setting that is used to
 display the key assignment for a menu item, when it does not have a
 highlight bar on it.

 Disabled - this is the colour setting that is used to display a disabled
 menu item.
