Menu Bar
 Colour settings for the Menu Bar.

 The following colour settings allows you to modify the colour settings for
 the Menu Bar:

 Text - this is the colour used to display the menu name that is not
 selected or does not have a highlight bar on it.

 HotKey - this is the colour setting used to display a hotkey, of a menu.

 Selected - this is the colour setting that is used to display a selected
 menu, i.e. the highlight bar.

 Hot-Key selected - this is the colour setting that is used to display a
 menu hot-key and has a highlight bar on it.

 Disabled - this is the colour setting that is used to display a disabled
 menu.

 Border  - this is the colour used to draw the lines that make up the
 border of a pull-down menu.
