Display an odometer on the screen

 Syntax

        H_OdoMeter( nTotal , nCurrent , nRow , nCol , cTitle )

 Arguments:

      nTotal   - Total value to be displayed
      nCurrent - Current value to be displayed
      nRow     - Row on which to display box
      nCol     - Column on which to display box
      cTitle   - Optional title for box

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      To Initialise - Call H_Odometer( 0 , 0 , nRow , nCol , "Title" )
      To Update     - Call H_Odometer( x , y , nRow , nCol )
      To Complete   - Call H_Odometer( x , x , nRow , nCol )
