Output the mode and user to the screen

 Syntax

        H_ModeAndUser( cMode )

 Arguments:

      cMode - Mode to be displayed

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      Outputs the mode in the top right hand corner of the screen
      Outputs the user name underneath the mode
