Browse directories looking for a file

 Syntax

        H_DirBrowse( cTitle )

 Arguments:

      None

 Returns:

      Full path and name of selected file

 Description:

      Pops up a box with the given title.  In the box will be a the
      contents of the current working directory.  The user can then
      navigate to other drives or directories and select a file.

 Examples:
