Prompt the user for a Yes/No response

 Syntax

        H_Delete()

 Arguments:

      None

 Returns:

      .T. if user selects Yes
      .F. if user selects No

 Description:

      Pops up a select box with the title :

          "Do you wish to delete this record"

      and waits for the user to select Yes or No
