No copyright, pals, you are allowed to copy, distribute,
change this database.  It's not a serious work: 4 hours
of typing NG-base rules aren't a good reason to prohibit
any using of its results. But I would appreciate picking
up my mistakes for changing in next versions (if they
will be done). All the sources you may get by ftp from
"music hosts".
