EOW(<expD>)
 Computes the end of the current week.
 Returns <expD> Sunday of the week in which the parameter date falls.

 Monday through Saturday return the following Sunday.

 End of the week is the following Sunday.

 The week is considered to run from Monday through Sunday
 for ease of business calculations.
