CALL CURSOR WITH <C "on" or "off">
 Toggles the cursor on and off.

 Parameter "ON" or "OFF" may be either uppercase or lowercase letters.

 @...PROMPT "..."
 @...PROMPT "..."
 CALL CURSOR WITH "off"
 MENU TO foo
 CALL CURSOR WITH "ON"

 Hazard
    If you turn the cursor off, be sure to turn it back on before
    QUITting back to DOS.  DOS does not restore the cursor for you.
