Open procedure

The end of the source file has been reached as defined with the END
directive, but a procedure block started with the PROC directive has not
been ended with the ENDP directive. For example,

   PROC myfunc
      END           ;no ENDP before END

This usually happens when you type END instead of ENDP to end a procedure
block.
