Illegal indexing mode

An instruction has an operand that specifies an illegal combination of
registers. For example,

   mov  al,[si+ax] 

On all processors except the 80386, the only valid combinations of index
registers are: BX, BP, SI, DI, BX+SI, BX+DI, BP+SI, BP+DI.
