   AX = 0099h
   ES:BX -> buffer containing mode-specific bitmap
   CX = width in bytes
   DX = height in pixel rows

Notes: the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145 at AX=0000h)
   The bitmap is displayed with its lower left corner at the graphics
     cursor position; color 0 is NOT treated as transparent
