   AX = 0078h
   BX = left-most position allowed for mouse cursor
   CX = right-most position allowed
   DX = top-most position allowed
   SI = bottom-most position allowed

Note:  the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145 at AX=0000h)
