   BX = delay (0000h = fastest possible fade-in)

Notes: the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145 at AX=0000h)
   The current hidden page is copied to the current visible page in small
     random sections to produce a fade-in effect
   This call is ignored in text modes
