   AX = 0011h
   ES:BX -> mode-specific bitmap
   CX = width of bit map in bytes
   DX = height of bit map in pixel rows

Notes: the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145)
   This call is ignored in text modes
   The image is drawn with its lower left corner at the current graphics
     cursor position
   The current clipping region is used, extended to a byte boundary
