   AX = 0008h
   BX = left column
   CX = right column
   DX = top row
   SI = bottom row

Notes: the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145)
   The rectangle is XORed into screen space, respecting the clipping
     region, with edges of the width specified with "FG_BOXDEPTH"
     (see AX=0007h) (default = 1 is set by "FG_SETMODE")
   This function has no effect in text modes
