   AX = 0005h
   BX = horizontal resolution
   CX = vertical resolution
   DX = number of video pages required (both physical and virtual)

Return: AX = proposed video mode number or FFFFh if no matching video mode

Notes: the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
     their parameters do not change (see #3145)
   You must first call "FG_SVGAINIT" (see AX=00C1h) to get SVGA video
     modes
