Notes: 16-bit programs receive the pointer in CX:DX, 32-bit programs in CX:EDX
   DPMI 1.0+ supports this function only for backward compatibility; use
      AX=0210h or AX=0211h instead
   not supported by MS Windows 3.0 in Standard mode
