   AH = multiplex number for program

Return: AL = 00h if all API calls via INT 2D
   AL = FFh if entry point supported
       DX:BX -> entry point for bypassing interrupt chain

Note:  this function is not valid unless a program is installed on the
     specified multiplex number; use INT 2D/AL=00h to check
