   AL = adapter number
   BL = socket number (01h to maximum supported by adapter)

Return: CF clear if successful
       AH destroyed
   CF set on error
       AH = error code (01h,0Bh,14h) (see #0580)

Note:  toggles RESET pin of the specified card, but does not wait after
     toggling the pin; it is the caller's responsibility to avoid
     accessing the card before it is ready again
