 08h   BYTE    minor version of specification corresponding to signature
 09h   BYTE    major version of specification corresponding to signature
 0Ah  6 BYTEs  OEM identification
 10h  8 BYTEs  OEM table identifier
 18h  4 BYTEs  OEM revision number
