Int 14 Fn 8008  - Articom - Get Available Server Name                      [S]

   AX = 8008h
   BX = server index (0,1,...)
   ES:DI -> server name structure (see #0291)

Return: AX = error code, if error (see #0286)
   BX = next remote port, repeat call to get next available server

Note:  the wildcard '*' is supported in the server name field.  Set the
     server name to FFh to search for all servers.
