Command Reference

  Description of command options

  Items contained in brackets are optional and need not be included.  Where
  there is more than one item separated by commas you may use any ONE of
  those options following the main option character.  Where there are
  options in brackets you must include that option, or choose one of those
  in the series.  When choosing options from a bracketed series, you may use
  more than one of these options if they are separated by commas.  If the
  options are separated by a vertical bar (|) then you may only choose one.
