-q    Enable ANSI comments
  -q-   Disable ANSI comments (used to override configuration file)

  PKZIP retains ANSI control codes in comment text that is added to a .ZIP
  file.  During display of the comment text, PKZIP will normally disable
  ANSI codes.  If you want to have the ANSI control codes used by PKZIP when
  displaying comment text, you must specify this option.

     pkzip spacemp.zip -q se.diz

  This option may be made the default, see PKZIP Configuration.

  If the ANSI option is turned on in the configuration file you may
  temporarily override it by using the -q- option.

  Note that the -q and -q- options must be separated from any other options
  specified.
