System Error Window
 Colour settings for the System Error Window

 Text - this is the colour setting that is used to show the error object's
 details, i.e. Severity, Error Code, Description

 Information - this the colour setting used to show the contents of the
 error object

 Border Unselected - this is the colour that is used to show the border
 for the Error Window when it is not the currently selected window.

 Border Selected - this is the colour used to show the border for the
 Error Window, when it is the currently selected window.

 Window Number - this is the colour used to display the window number
 that is shown in the top left hand corner of the window.
