Stack Window
 Colour settings for the Stack Window.

 The following settings affect the Stack Window and allow you to configure
 the stack window colours to suit your needs.

 Text - this allows you to set the colour used to show entries in the
 callstack.

 Current Item, Unselected - this is the colour that is used to show the
 currently highlighted item in the stack window when the Stack Window is not
 the currently selected window.

 Current Item, Selected - this is the colour that is used to show the
 currently selected item in the Stack Window when the Stack Window is the
 currently selected window.

 Scroll Bar   - the colours used for the scroll bars attached to the
 Stack window.

 Border Unselected - this is the colour that is used to show the border
 for the Stack Window when it is not the currently selected window.

 Border Selected - this is the colour used to show the border for the
 Stack Window, when it is the currently selected window.

 Window Number - this is the colour used to display the window number
 that is shown in the top left hand corner of the window.
