Mouse Hardware Reset
 Performs a Hardware mouse reset

 This option, when toggled to on, will cause MrDebug to perform a mouse
 hardware reset on the mouse each time MrDebug starts. This is not always
 guaranteed to work as this will depend upon the mouse driver being used.
