Auto Start-up
 MrDebug appears when?

 Toggles whether MrDebug should pop-up when it comes across the first module
 that has been compiled with debug info, or whether MrDebug should only
 appear when you ask it to, or an ALTD() or a trace point activates MrDebug.

 By default this toggle is enabled, so that MrDebug is automatically invoked
 when the first module compiled with debug information is executed.
