Don't show INIT Procs
 Don't start MrDebug on INIT functions/procedures
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 This toggle allows you to tell MrDebug not to start on INIT FUNCTION's or
 INIT PROCEDURE's that you have declared yourself.

 By default, if you have declared any INIT functions or INIT procedures that
 have been compiled with the /b switch, MrDebug will startup with these
 functions/procedures first.
