Display File Name
 Include File Name in Assertion reporting

 Toggle to include name of the file that the assertion occured.

 If this option is toggled, the source code filename that the Assert/Trace
 occured in will be sent to the Assertion/Trace window and the
 Assertion/Trace log file when an Assertion/Trace occurs.
