Hex Mode
 Toggles the display of hex mode strings

 This option toggles the display of hex strings in the variables window.

 By default, all character variables are displayed in ASCII mode. This
 toggle, when set to ON, will display character variables in Hex mode.

 Only character variables may be toggled - character variables held in
 objects or arrays are not toggled.
