Ignore Step Function
 This allows you to disable the 'step' functions
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 This option, when enabled, will allow you to 'turn off' the step function
 outlined below, without removing the entries inside each slot.

 This toggle will tell MrDebug to ignore any functions that you have set in
 the 'step' function slots. Instead of MrDebug calling your function to save
 and restore the video modes, MrDebug will continue the program execution as
 normal.
