Force Application into 80x25
 Toggle the 80x25 mode.

 This option will set the maximum size of the screen that your program can
 run in to 80 columns by 25 rows.

 This option will only have any affect when running MrDebug in a text mode of
 at least 100 columns by 25 rows, or 80 text columns by 40 text rows.
