Filename + Function
 Sorts the profiler output alphabetically by Filename and Function name

 This option sorts the profiler output alphabetically by the name of the
 source code .PRG and the function name.

 The current profiler output is sorted alphabetically and any additional
 entries added by the profiler are sorted alphabetically.
