 Toggle for Profile Line on/Off

 This switch toggles the setting for whether MrDebug should display a flag
 for lines that have yet to be executed.

 When toggled to ON, MrDebug will display the line numbers in a different
 colour, with a different colour background.

 Please Note: For this option to work, you must have line numbers enabled.
