Restart Option
 You can now restart MrDebug applications
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 MrDebug 1.1 allows you to restart your application. Instead of having to
 quit your application and re-run it. You may now run a module called MRD and
 pass it the name of your application. A Restart option will appear under the
 File menu. This works for both real mode and protected mode applications.
