Linking with MrDCLWin.lib
 Including the Object module in your link
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 Simply add this module to your link script as a FILE and specify the
 extension. For example: FI MRDCLWIN.LIB

 Make sure that MRDCLWIN.LIB is in the root and after any references to
 MrDebug.LIB
