 To get MrGPF to work, you need to create a MAP file. It's recommended that
 create your .MAP file with both Addresses and Segments in them. This will
 allow MrDebug to gather more information about the GPF than it would if you
 created a MAP file without both options.

 Most linkers will accept a command of MAP A,S to create a MAP file.

 Refer to your linker documentation for further information regarding the
 creation of MAP files.
