Shift-Alt-N - Add a Note
 Add a comment to the Notes file.

 This keystroke will add the current line of source code (under the cursor)
 to the Notes file and allow you to add a comment of up to 256 characters to
 the Notes file. The Note will have a date and time stamp indicating when the
 note was created.
