PassPoint, Current Line, Unselected
 Pass point with the highlight bar on it not current window

 This is the colour that is used to display a source code line that has been
 marked as a pass point, the line is shared with the highlight bar and the
 source code window is not the currently selected window.

 MrDebug's colour syntax highlighting overrules this option. For example,
 keywords, operators etc will be displayed in their own colour.
