Focus Change On Input
 Toggles focus on command window.

 This setting determines whether the command window should become the current
 selected window, when any non-menu or non-specific keys are pressed.

 When you type a key or set of keys to form a word, the Command window
 becomes the current window. This can sometimes be a P.I.T.A.!. By using this
 toggle, you can stop the Command window from becoming the current window.
