Shift-Alt-C     - Copy selected text to command window
 Copy Text to command window to edit.

 This option will copy a selected piece of text from the source code window
 and inserts it at the cursor position in the command window, where you may
 edit it or express it, or watch it, or trace ir or generally play around
 with it.
