 Toggle the display of public variables on or off.

 This option simply adds all the PUBLIC variables declared to the variable
 window. No if's, no buts.

 If the variables window is not currently open then it will be opened when
 you toggle this option on.

 The hot-key combination for this item is <Alt><P>.
