Statics
 Toggle the display of static variables on or off.

 When you choose this option the STATIC variables within the current
 function/procedure and file wide STATIC variables will be added to the
 variables window.

 If the variables window is not currently open then it will be opened when
 you toggle this option on.

 The hot-key combination for this item is <Alt><S>.
