System Error
 Toggles display of System Error Window

 This option toggles the display of the System Error Window. When this option
 is toggled to on, the System Error Window will be opened on the desktop.

 Choose this option again, and the window will be closed.

 The default setting for this option is off, so no error window appears.

 If an error should occur within your application, and you have made the
 necessary changes to your error system, then the System Error window will
 automatically appear

 The hot-key combination for this item is <Shift><Alt><E>.
