Alt-W - Watch
Mark the current expression or variable as a watch point.
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

This option will allow you to watch a variable or an expression.

You may either position the cursor on the piece of code that you wish to
trace and press <Alt><W>, or you may position the cursor at the start of an
expression, and mark the expression using the <Shift> ← or <Shift> → to
highlight the expression that you wish to watch and press <Alt><W>.

This will add this watch point to the watch window. If the watch window is
not already opened it will be opened when you add a trace point, a break
point, or a watch point.

If you have a mouse driver loaded, then you can move the cursor to the start
of the expression that you wish to watch, click and hold, the left hand
mouse button down and drag the mouse cursor over the item that you wish to
watch. When you release the mouse button, the item is automatically added to
the watch window.

For an expression the watch point information contained in the watch window
is in the form:

<expression name>, <wp>, <contents>

where:

<expression name> is the actual expression that is being evaluated
<wp> contain wp for a watch point, tp for a trace point
<contents> is the actual contents of the expression

Note: A watch point does not halt program execution when the value of
the watch point changes - this is the function of the trace point.
