Fast Run
 Runs MrDebug without checks
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 Fast Run will run through your program ignoring many of the various checks
 that take place. This can improve the running speed of MrDebug quite
 tremendously.

 It does this by ignoring any Trace Points, Pass Points, Tracked Trace
 points, break Points and halt execution points i.e. To Next Function, To
 Next Return, Run Out of Codeblock and Run to Codeblock.

 However checks, still occur for the key press of <Alt><D> and any ALTD()
 functions within your code.
