Out of Code-Block
 Run the program to the next line following the codeblock

 The program will run until the codeblock evaluation has finished and the
 debugger will stop at the line following the codeblock.

 This option will only work if the program is currently inside a codeblock.
 You will need to have the Trace Code Blocks toggle set to on for this to
 work.

 The hot-key combination for this item is <Shift><F5>.
