 Run The Program.

 This option continues program execution from the current point, unless
 the program has terminated.

 Normally execution would continue until either: an error forces the program
 to stop, MrDebug encounters a break point, a trace point or an ALTD()
 function that is not turned off, or you press <Alt><D>.

 If there are no break, trace or pass points set then MrDebug will run in
 Fast Run Mode.

 The hot-key combination for this item is <F5>.
